How to Return An Item or Get a Warranty Replacement

DO NOT return your item to the address it was shipped from.  Follow the instructions below.

Our warranty is just like anyone else’s where if the product fails within the warranty period you can send it back to us and we test it to make sure it’s bad and we send a replacement.  Or if you don’t want to wait we take a deposit and ship you a replacement and you ship us back the bad one and after we confirm it’s bad we refund your money back.

How to Return an Item

We accept unused items within 30 days of purchase.  We do not refund for any used or damaged items.  PARTS RETURNED WITHOUT PROPER RETURN DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  PARTS SHIPPED TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT THAN PROVIDED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

To receive return documents please email us at support@pelletstovepro.org and request to return you item.  We will email you back the documents with an address to ship to.

Once your part has shipped please email the tracking number to support@pelletstovepro.org  and request a refund.  It can take 2-3 weeks from the time your item arrives till it gets checked in and refunded.

How to Get a Part Replaced Under Warranty

If your part fails within the warranty period please email us at ebay@jasonRmunson.com and request to return you item. We will email you back the documents with an address to ship to..  SENDING PARTS WITHOUT PROPER DOCUMENTS OR WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.  SHIPPING PARTS TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN WHAT IS ON THE RGA FORM WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY.   It takes 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item for my staff to test it and determine if it is bad and falls under the conditions of the warranty.

Once your part has shipped please email the tracking number to ebay@jasonRmunson.com and request the part be replaced under warranty.

If you item tests bad and falls under the conditions of the warranty we will replace your item for free.  You will get a PayPal money request for the return shipping cost.  Once we get receipt of payment we will ship out your replacement.  This does not reset the warranty period.  The original warranty period stays in effect.

If you part tests good and there is nothing wrong with it we will ship it back to you. You will get a PayPal money request for the return shipping cost.  Once we get receipt of payment we will ship your part back to you.

Exchange Policy

We do not exchange items.  If you order an item and it is not what you want you can return it as described above and order a different item.
